MICSA Investment Limited, also known as MICSA Construction or MICSA P&A Investment Limited, with a roofing subsidiary called Roof Affairs & House Finishings, offers real estate and house finishing services and we operate two branches in Lagos and Ogun state.

Selling of houses and land properties is one of our major services of the parent company. We have properties in the following locations: Ibeju, Lekki, Epe, and Ijebu Ode.

Under the subsidiary name, Roof Affairs & House Finishings, we offer roofing (aluminium and gerrard), aluminium windows, water collector, POP and suspended ceiling, and tiles

Roof Affairs & House Finishings, as an arm of MICSA Investment Limited, is an innovative house finishing and roofing contractor offering a wide variety of aluminium roofs, ceilings, and quality advanced tiles. 

We offer different colors of aluminium roofing and tiles including glass tile, natural stone tile, wall, marble, mosaic, bathroom tile, and more.

Over the years, the company has been able to handle different projects, ranging from supervising building construction to installing house finishing like roofing, windows, POP, tiles, doors, water collectors, building material supply, and whole lots more.
